1. Can projectors be shipped?
Yes, all of our projectors come in approved shipping cases. Most cases have wheels and a handle to make transporting them very easy.

2. What resolution do I need?
Resolution depends on what format you are presenting in. Most of today's laptops standard resolution is XGA (1024x768). Check the resolution of the video output on your computer.

3. What will projectors hook up to?
All projectors have many different inputs. All will hook to a laptop (with video out port) or a desktop computer. You can also run projectors using a VCR or DVD player. There are many other video sources a projector can use, please call with specific questions @ (800) 471-1920.

4. Do projectors have sound?
Yes, all our projectors have at least one internal speaker.

5. How bright do I need the projector to be?
If a room is dark 400 lumens will work fine. With standard fluorescent lighting a minimum of 1000 lumens should be used and 1300 lumens is recommended. The brighter the projector is the brighter the image is going to be. Our 2000 to 5200 lumen projectors are for large audiences and big rooms

6. What do I need to do rear projection?
All projectors will do rear projection. You will need to use a rear projection screen.

7. What do flat panel plasma monitors mount on?
Abco carries a wide variety of stands and mounts for 42", 50", and 61" plasma monitors. We have 84" floor stands, tabletop stands, ceiling mounts and wall mounts. Call for details @ (800) 471-1920

8. Can flat panel plasma monitors be shipped?
Yes, all of our 42", 50", and 61" monitors come in certified shipping cases.

9. Is shipping included in the cost of the rental?
No. Shipping is extra and will be determined based upon destination, weight, and speed of delivery service.

10. Do you offer insurance?
We do not offer insurance, and you are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment while it's rented. However, most insurance companies can offer you a "rider" on top of your existing office contents or homeowner's policy to insure the equipment during the rental period.

11. Do you have a rent-to-own program?
Not for individuals. But we do offer 12, 24, and 36 month leases to businesses.

12. How quickly can I get the equipment?
Depending on where you are located, we offer same or next-day delivery service nationwide.

13. Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We offer technical support during normal business hours, and 24-hour technical support is available for an extra charge.

14. Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Lanham, MD.
